Wedding styling, support and on-the-day coordination
The £3,250 is my styling service and on the day coordination fee and does not include the physical styling items or third-party supplier costs.
This package includes:
YOUR WEDDING COORDINATION
Initial consultation: A one hour call to discuss your wedding plans, understand your priorities and establish the level of support you'll need on the day.
Ongoing planning support: Regular updates, catch ups and WhatsApp communication throughout the planning process, so you have someone to turn to as your plans develop.
Your wedding day timeline: I'll create a detailed timeline outlining the key timings, supplier arrivals, setup requirements and important moments, helping everyone understand what's happening and when.
Final planning meeting: A meeting two weeks before your wedding to run through the final details, confirm arrangements and make sure we're ready to go.
Supplier coordination: I'll liaise with your wedding suppliers, confirm timings and coordinate their arrival and setup, helping everything run as smoothly as possible.
Wedding day logistics: I'll oversee the agreed logistics from three hours before your ceremony until your evening entertainment has arrived and set up, managing the moving parts so you don't have to.
Your venue, your plans: A venue visit where needed, within my included travel area, to familiarise myself with the space and discuss practical arrangements. Additional travel charges may apply outside this area.
YOUR WEDDING STYLING
Creative direction and design: We'll share ideas, Pinterest boards and inspiration to develop a cohesive wedding design that reflects your personalities and the atmosphere you want to create.
Bespoke moodboard: A visual guide bringing together your colours, textures, decor and styling details, giving us a clear design to work towards.
Styling supplier liaison: I'll communicate with relevant styling suppliers, share the design plans and coordinate the details needed to bring your vision together.
Sourcing styling items and suppliers: I'll research and source the additional decor, props and styling suppliers needed to complete your design, in line with your agreed shopping budget.
Styling shopping management: I'll coordinate and order the agreed styling items using your separate styling shopping budget, with items delivered to my address where arranged.
Wedding day styling setup: I'll bring your design to life across your agreed ceremony, reception and evening spaces, making sure the details come together as planned.
Hire returns and stock clear-down: I'll coordinate the return postage of hired items where applicable and clear away my own styling stock on the day or the following day, depending on your venue's requirements.
With wedding styling and on-the-day coordination, you’re really getting a two-for-one deal. I’ll get to know you, your needs and your style preferences and you’ll get to know me too. With that trust already in place, you’ll be able to feel comfortable knowing I’m running the logistics on the day and that I’ll support you in the run up, too.
Often if you choose to use your venue’s coordinator, they’ll be a complete stranger before the day. Having me as your styling and coordinating bestie means you have full control and will be able to completely relax, sit back and enjoy the moment.
The other major benefit to having me do it all is that I will have interacted with, and usually even recommended, the suppliers that will be there on your wedding day. This means I will have worked alongside them before and have good relationships with each of them. With all this in place, you can count on knowing that all the backstage magic is happening with a group of keen collaborators who know how to tackle any potential issues, together.

Your service fee pays for my expertise, creative design, styling organisation, planning support and on-the-day coordination.
Your separate styling shopping budget pays for the physical decor, props, hired items and additional styling suppliers needed to bring your design to life.
I'll help you plan and manage the styling shopping budget, source the agreed items and coordinate the styling details. Payments and contracts for third-party suppliers remain separate from my service fee.
Your total investment is therefore my combined service fee plus your separate styling shopping budget and any other applicable supplier costs.
