Wedding styling, support and on-the-day coordination
This package includes:
● 1 hour consultation call to discuss wedding plans and amount of on the day support needed
● Support and updates throughout your wedding planning process
● Communication and calls via Whatsapp
● Timeline to ensure the day runs smoothly
● Final meeting 2 weeks before your wedding date
● On the day coordination of your suppliers
● Overseeing all logistics from 3 hours before your ceremony until your evening
entertainment has arrived and set up
● Venue visit if needed (within a certain radius or fuel fee is added)
● Share Pinterest boards, ideas and inspiration
● Moodboard design
● Use of my limited amount of styling items
● Correspondence with other suppliers, to share plans
● Source additional suppliers and other items
● Will liaise and forward any email conversations to you from all suppliers
● Will order all items needed or have hired items sent to my address
● Post returns and any hired items back to your suppliers
● Any contract and payments will be between you and the supplier
● Set up for ceremony, reception and evening guest arrival
● Clear away my stock on the day or next day (depending on venues requirements)
With wedding styling and on-the-day coordination, you’re really getting a two-for-one deal. I’ll get to know you, your needs and your style preferences and you’ll get to know me too. With that trust already in place, you’ll be able to feel comfortable knowing I’m running the logistics on the day and that I’ll support you in the run up, too.
Often if you choose to use your venue’s coordinator, they’ll be a complete stranger before the day. Having me as your styling and coordinating bestie means you have full control and will be able to completely relax, sit back and enjoy the moment.
The other major benefit to having me do it all is that I will have interacted with, and usually even recommended, the suppliers that will be there on your wedding day. This means I will have worked alongside them before and have good relationships with each of them. With all this in place, you can count on knowing that all the backstage magic is happening with a group of keen collaborators who know how to tackle any potential issues, together.
